Did Minnesota give grants to organization that provides 'booty bumping' kits to drug users?
This claim is true. Under Gov. Tim Walz and Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan's leadership, the state has awarded several grants to a Minneapolis-based charity that operates several harm reduction programs, including providing "booty bumping" kits that let drug users ingest drugs through the rectum.
This rumor is mostly false. A post claimed former President Franklin D. Roosevelt made numerous promises about the program when he first signed it into law. The supposed list of facts is so pervasive that the Social Security Administration has debunked the claims within the list.
