Is alleged list of 11 fallen Marines from Iran war? We inspected

A claim spread online that allegedly listed the names of 11 U.S. Marines who died "this week" in the Iran war. At the time of this newsletter, the Department of Defense has announced the deaths of 13 service members who supported the U.S.'s Operation Epic Fury.

The claim's false. Reporter Laerke Christensen inspected the list and has the details about the list’s fallen troops — who died in Afghanistan in one week in July 2010.
