Financed by billionaire investor Kevin O'Leary, a proposal to build an artificial intelligence data center in Utah is raising alarm among environmental activists who claim it will use "more water than the entire state uses per year."
Snopes reporter Rae Deng contacted developers to measure the validity of those claims.
