Did Markwayne Mullin buy Chevron, Raytheon stock days before Maduro capture?

A rumor spread that Sen. Markwayne Mullin — Trump's pick to lead the Department of Homeland Security — bought shares of Chevron and Raytheon, now known as RTX, days before U.S. forces struck Venezuela and captured its president in January.

The claim circulated as a Senate committee voted to advance Mullin’s nomination as DHS secretary last week. He has since been confirmed for the position. Reporter Anna Rascouët-Paz inspected the rumor and broke down what we found.

What UK proposal to decriminalize (not legalize) abortion up to birth actually means

A claim spread online that the U.K. has legalized what social media users called "full-term abortion," or abortion up until birth.

We found posts online were actually referring to the U.K.'s House of Lords (the upper chamber of Parliament) supporting an amendment to a bill decriminalizing the act of seeking an abortion outside the country's legal parameters.
