Vance said ICE will go 'door-to-door' to check immigration status?
On Wednesday, U.S. Vice President JD Vance appeared on Fox News to discuss Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents' deportation actions, among other issues. A claim soon spread online that Vance proposed ICE would go "door-to-door" to determine the immigration status of people across the country during his appearance.
Numerous Snopes readers asked us to confirm that Vance made such a statement. Snopes reporter Nur Ibrahim has the details.

In the wake of Trump's military intervention in Venezuela, posts appeared online suggesting that a call for such foreign policy decisions could be found in the pages of Project 2025.
According to the posts, the justification for the military operations into Venezuela could be found on Page 184 of the document, which supposedly called for the "re-hemisphering" of Latin America. Reporter Jack Izzo investigated.
